Walk the Walk

magazine reports that, according to a study by McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, women who walk an extra 3500 steps per day (about a half-hour of moderate exercise) are more satisfied with their body image. Walk more -- feel better about yourself. Sounds like a plan to me!
